What to expect?
Classes are held in a friendly environment over weekend sessions. The curriculum encourages students to identify emotional and behavioral patterns that inhibit their growth. The classes focus on developing self-awareness, building a foundation based in mind, body, and spirit wellness, learning to become compassionate with yourself, and recognizing and releasing life patterns that hold you back. Your experience will include learning a variety of healing techniques, the intricacies of bioenergetics and energy holding patterns, and the use of crystals in healing. These classes are personally transforming and the effect is far-reaching through your own healing practice and into your daily life.

Cost per weekend: $250.00 or $1000 per Module.

FSS Graduates after May 2013 - $150 per weekend or $600 per module

“Fall Into Wellness Faire”

Location: Zoofari Convention Center.

Free Spirit School is excited to offer a unique opportunity for the community to learn about the wellness services and educational opportunities available in our community. Plan to join us and share information as a vendor or take advantage of this free event as a way to spend the day learning and growing. There will also be a free raffle going on throughout the day.

Free Spirit School co-founders, Rose Koremenos and Diane Bloom, ventured into developing an educational center based on their years of experience in integrated healing. Their desire to share their knowledge and passion gave them the concept to bring forward "Fall Into Wellness Faire". If you are interested in sharing your business with the community consider being a vendor at this event and there are also limited opportunities to be a presenter on one of two stages.

Chakras: Creating Balance and Well-Being

Dates: March 23, 30 and April 6
Time: 6:30 - 8:45pm.
Fee: $125 for 3 part series or $50/class

Class 1 - Grounding chakras, Class 2 - Heart chakra, Class 3 Spiritual chakras. Each class will delve into the energy of the chakra and creating balance through sound, movement, essential oils and crystals and stones. Please prepare by reading a book on the chakras. Suggestion: Free Spirit Crystals carries a selection of chakra books. Here are a couple of recommendations: The Book of Chakras, Ambika Wauters or Wheels of Life, Anodea Judith.

Reiki

Usui Shiki Ryoho
A Japanese tradition of healing based on the flow of "Universal Life Force" energy. This promotes the alpha state and ignites the body's own natural healing mechanism. Each class includes an attunement for that level.
